SHIPPING:

WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE US!

Please contact us directly for orders shipping to ALASKA or HAWAII.

Currently we do not offer International Shipping.

We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes.

All packages are shipped FEDEX Ground.

*Please keep in mind that aerosols and products considered hazardous must be shipped by ground only.

If the estimated shipping/handling charges substantially exceed actual costs, we will contact you. On occasion, actual shipping may exceed estimates. We contact customers about shipping surcharges and reserve the right to assess these additional charges. Surcharges can include differences based on actual weight, dimensions, address correction fees and other factors billed to us. Currently, surcharges for address correction are $12 for Ground Shipping. 

Delivery confirmation numbers and tracking numbers are provided via e-mail for most orders if accurate e-mail addresses are provided when orders are placed.

Have your own FedEx Account Number that you would like to use?? Please provide that 9 digit number in the "Special Instructions" field during Checkout and the type of service you require.

Please refer to the FedEx Map below for a general idea on estimate time of delivery based on business days. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA.

RETURN POLICY:

Please contact us via email if you have any questions regarding your return.

Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if the product is no longer on our website.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  We reserve the right to charge a 15% Restocking Fee of the purchase price.

Goods which are flammable and/or sanitary products may not be returned.

*PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PURCHASE BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER.*

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days, please check your bank account and then your credit card company.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@ganosewing.com for further instructions.
